Johnny’s Update

So after reaching back out to Johnny this morning we discovered that F-Wheel has yet to refund or reimburse him.

Johnny is a disabled person. He has a serious illness that requires him to rely on electric wheel chairs and scooters in order to get around. He figured a hoverboard would be a good alternative that would allow him to enjoy standing mobility, so he chose to do business with F-Wheel, but unfortunately he did not get what he paid for. F-Wheel sent him the wrong product, in the wrong color, AND it had been previously used. Now, after five months of back and forth contact with the company, he has yet to receive any sort reimbursement.

Fortunately, Johnny was able to get another hoverboard through a legitimate company on Amazon and is now enjoying the mobility.

Johnny’s Story

While searching through YouTube for users with similar experiences to ours, we stumbled across user justjohnny05, who had recently made a purchase from F-Wheel. Johnny posted an unboxing video where he tells the whole story. Essentially, Johnny received his order considerably later than he paid to receive it, when it finally arrived, it was the wrong product AND it appeared that the product had previously been used. After waiting almost 2 months and paying $500.00, you can understand why Johnny would be unsatisfied with his purchase. Well, the video Johnny posted was published July 28, 2016. Here we are mid September, and Johnny has yet to receive any sort of compensation for his purchase. You can read Johnny’s full story and hear more about it at his YouTube channel.

F-Wheel, you’re logged into the wrong account.

So figuring we couldn’t possibly be the first people F-Wheel screwed over we decided to a bit of research on various social media sites. Twitter delivered. We know your pain, Mr. Sherwood. A bit of further down the line though was a much more interesting tweet. F-Wheel’s Twitter handle @fwheelcompany tweeted thistwitter2

We can only interpret this as F-Wheel attempting to pass off the Tweet as an unsatisfied customer who didn’t get what they were expecting (big surprise). However, we think you’re logged into the wrong account, F-Wheel.

Literally The WORST

F-Wheel (飞轮威尔) is the worst company we have ever dealt with. They were more than happy to take our money (over $200,000 worth), and we were happy because we thought we were getting quality merchandise we could resell, but that wasn’t the case. We ended up getting $200,000 worth of paperweights. Soon after trying to resell the hoverboards, the customer complaint’s started to come in. “My hoverboard is broken.” “My hoverboard won’t charge.” “My hoverboard is falling apart.” Thankfully we never received any reports of the merchandise we were selling causing any sort of injury to people or property damage, but that is besides the point. F-Wheel sold us $200,000 worth of defective merchandise and after being confronted about it, made to attempt to amend the situation. That’s not how business is done. The purpose of this website and blog is to create an online awareness of the unlawful and shady business practices of F-Wheel and their subsidiaries. However long it takes, we will see to it that justice is served.
