While searching through YouTube for users with similar experiences to ours, we stumbled across user justjohnny05, who had recently made a purchase from F-Wheel. Johnny posted an unboxing video where he tells the whole story. Essentially, Johnny received his order considerably later than he paid to receive it, when it finally arrived, it was the wrong product AND it appeared that the product had previously been used. After waiting almost 2 months and paying $500.00, you can understand why Johnny would be unsatisfied with his purchase. Well, the video Johnny posted was published July 28, 2016. Here we are mid September, and Johnny has yet to receive any sort of compensation for his purchase. You can read Johnny’s full story and hear more about it at his YouTube channel.
