So after reaching back out to Johnny this morning we discovered that F-Wheel has yet to refund or reimburse him.
Johnny is a disabled person. He has a serious illness that requires him to rely on electric wheel chairs and scooters in order to get around. He figured a hoverboard would be a good alternative that would allow him to enjoy standing mobility, so he chose to do business with F-Wheel, but unfortunately he did not get what he paid for. F-Wheel sent him the wrong product, in the wrong color, AND it had been previously used. Now, after five months of back and forth contact with the company, he has yet to receive any sort reimbursement.
Fortunately, Johnny was able to get another hoverboard through a legitimate company on Amazon and is now enjoying the mobility.
